Cary Vance has been a member of The National Association of Corporate Directors since 2014, and was Directorship Certified in 2022, and is also a member of Private Directors Association (PDA). He currently serves as an Independent Director for Kinova Robotics and Avita Medical (NASDAQ: RCEL, ASX: AVH), where he also serves as Chair of the HR/Compensation Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Vance is a member of the AdvaMed Accel Board of Directors, and serves on the AdvaMed Board’s Ethics & Health Care Compliance Committee, Business Development & Membership Committee, and The 2025 MedTech Conference Steering and Programming Committees.
He previously served on the Board of Directors and as President & CEO at PhotoniCare, Inc., Titan Medical, Xcath, Inc., OptiScan Biomedical, MyoScience Inc., and Hansen Medical Inc. Prior to Hansen, Mr. Vance served in various global executive leadership roles at Teleflex, Covidien and GE Healthcare. Mr. Vance is Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certified, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and an MBA from Marquette University.
